The short version
Cardhouse is a scoreboard for golf pools. Use it for fun, do not rely on it for anything that matters, and settle up among yourselves.
What Cardhouse is
A tool for running and displaying a pool. Commissioners create pools, participants submit picks, and Cardhouse computes standings from public tournament data.
No money moves through Cardhouse
The payout table is a display of what the commissioner told us the pool agreed to. Cardhouse does not collect, hold, escrow, or distribute participant buy-ins or winnings. The only payment Cardhouse processes is a commissioner's Season Pass purchase. Running a pool in your jurisdiction is your responsibility.
Accounts and access
Commissioner sign-in is by magic link or a linked Google or Apple account; keep your inbox secure, because anyone with the link can sign in. Participant edit links are effectively bearer tokens, so treat them the same way.
Scores and accuracy
Scoring data comes from ESPN and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Cardhouse mirrors what ESPN publishes and does not guarantee correctness. Do not settle a dispute on the leaderboard alone.
Season Pass and refunds
A Season Pass is a one-time purchase covering your pools for 365 days from the purchase date. It does not auto-renew. Refund requests go to support@cardhouse.golf within 30 days. See /support for the full refund answer.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, scrape it, attack it, or use it to harass anyone. We can suspend or delete pools that break this.
Availability and warranty
Cardhouse is provided as-is with no warranty. It is a small product and may go down, especially under load during a major.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cardhouse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and contact
We update these terms as the product changes; continued use means you accept the current version. Contact support@cardhouse.golf.
